Summer house update

Some may be aware, that thanks to a generous donation, Hill Close Gardens Trust have been able to tackle the restoration of one of the early summerhouses. Work began earlier this year to measure and record the building so that an acurate rebuild could be achieved, the rebuild being necessary due to the poor condition of the building.

The bricks are now being layed on new improved foundations, & real progress can be seen in the photograph. I shall try to keep you updated as to the progress of this significant restoration project at Hill Close.
